Exploitation activities

A systematic stakeholder analysis will identify the most important organisations within and around the project’s value chain and assess their position in order to set up engagement strategies. In addition, this plan will focus on identification and assessment of Key Exploitable Results (KERs), and the development of stand-alone business plan ready for investors.
